What you can write to us about

- privacy and personal-data requests.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal medical advice by email, interpret test results or choose treatments — only the doctor who is caring for you can do that. Please do not send medical documents or sensitive personal information.
In an emergency
If you have a high temperature, bleeding, shortness of breath or suddenly feel much worse, do not email us — contact your care team or emergency services right away (in Azerbaijan: 103 or 112).
